The Vitality Society rewards you for shopping with us! This rewards system allows you to earn points and secure more benefits from your Vitality purchases. The more points you acquire, the more discounts you are able to receive on future purchases.

There are many ways to earn points! For every $1 you spend on a Vitality purchase, you can earn up to 8 points depending on your tier. Other ways to rack up points include creating an account, referring a friend, following us on Instagram and/or TikTok, liking us on Facebook, signing up for our mailing list, or writing a product review!

The more purchases you make with Vitality, the higher level of tier you can obtain! Each tier (Friend, Fam, or VIF) has benefits included based on your annual spend.

After logging into your Vitality account, go to the Rewards tab to view your available points. The more points you have, the more you can save! Click the amount you'd like to use to generate a discount code, then apply it at checkout. Be sure to screenshot or note your code, as it won’t apply automatically.

Yes. Your points will expire 12 months from the day you receive them.

If you have already signed up for a Vitality loyalty account, you are automatically enrolled. Otherwise, Signup at the top of this page!

Simply visit the refer a friend section in your account to copy your link to send to your friends! When they make a qualifying purchase, you and your friend will receive points after the 30 day pending period.

If your friend returns anything from their order that brings them under the minimum spend amount of $75, neither you or your friend will receive points.

You can only use one discount code per purchase, with a maximum of 2,500 points ($50) applied per order.

Absolutely! Any order placed within 30 days before signing up will automatically be added to your account. Once you're a member, make sure you're signed in before placing an order to ensure you are earning points.

Points earned from purchases will enter a 30-day pending period to account for potential returns. Once approved after this period, they’ll be available for use.

If you return an item within our 30-day policy, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account. Unfortunately, points do not apply to returned items.

Your tier level is determined by your net spend over a 12-month period starting from your signup date. The more you spend, the closer you are to unlocking higher tiers and greater rewards!

Your status and benefits will reset 12 months from your signup date, marking the start of a new tier cycle.
