Return Policy
Thank you for your order and your support of Vitality! We hope you love every piece you receive, but if something doesn’t work out, we’ve made the return and exchange process quick and easy. Please read our policy in full before starting your return or exchange at the bottom of this page.
Return Requirements

Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition and will be denied if they do not meet our standards (see below).

Multiple items from the same order must fit in one package. If they do not, you will need to submit separate return requests to generate additional labels.

Allow up to 7 business days for processing once your return reaches our warehouse.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Denial Conditions
Items may be denied if they show any of the following:
- Washed and/or worn condition
- Deodorant marks or stains of any kind
- Excessive wrinkling
- Detached size/wash & care tags (not hang tags)
- Animal or human hair
- Lingering odors (smoke, cologne, detergent, etc.)
- Any visible wear, damage, or external force damage
- Swimwear will not be accepted if panty liners are removed or not intact.
- All water bottle, headband and underwear sales are final.

All final sale items are ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Purchasing Free Returns + Package Protection does not exempt you from our final sale policies.
Returns

Free Returns + Package Protection: At time of checkout, you may select this option for a small fee. If you do, return shipping for eligible items will be free.

Without Free Returns + Package Protection: If you do not select this option at checkout, a $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you choose an exchange or store credit.

At this time, we can only offer refunds (no exchanges).

Exchanges

Customers are allowed one exchange per order.

If you would like to exchange multiple items, they must all be submitted together in one exchange request.

If your requested item(s) are out of stock, you will automatically receive a refund. We cannot return the original item back to you.
Refund Details

If a purchase was made with part gift card, part credit card, the refund will automatically apply to the gift card first.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
