"The shirt was fine. However the customer service was subpar. I ordered the wrong size accidentally (this is my fault) as soon as i realized i made this mistake i quickly sent an email to the support team to ask for the item to be changed. They told me it was already processed 5 min after i placed the order. I made the order on a friday between 11-1pm they didnt actually process and ship the order until tuesday evening. There was a solid 2 days for them to correct the size discrepancy, rather i was met with whet felt like a quick automatic reply box to “resolve” issues but not actually taking time time to see the situation and correct it before the actual item was shipped"
