If you’ve been part of our Fam for a while, then you’ve seen some major changes at Vitality over the past year. From manufacturing upgrades that improved fabric quality and delivered more consistent sizing, to warehouse improvements that sped up order-processing times, to developing a new app and making site improvements that give a more streamlined and informative shopping experience, to creating a more sustainable and customer-centric design philosophy that gives longer product life and more wardrobe value to every Vitality piece you buy, 2023 was full of massive upgrades throughout our entire operation.
We’re extremely proud of all we accomplished and hope it’s made your Vitality experience better.
But there’s one aspect of our business where our 2023 was as rough as everyone else’s: inflation. Whether it was our freight companies or our fabric mills, Vitality’s suppliers raised their prices across the board. Knowing that you, too, saw your cost of living rise, we managed to hold off doing the same for as long as possible.
Now, however, it’s becoming increasingly difficult for us to maintain the quality improvements and technical upgrades we achieved in the face of these higher costs. So, beginning Jan. 18th, you’ll notice new pricing on our Cloud II line. This change reflects the quality and performance upgrades—like sweat-wicking and antimicrobial properties, enhanced durability, and UPF 50+ protection—that have turned Cloud II into such a fan favorite.
This is the first time since launching the original Cloud fabric 6 years ago that we’ve made such a change, and we’ve worked hard to fine-tune the price adjustments to be as minimal as possible.
Our free shipping threshold will remain the same at $150, and we’ll continue to offer free exchanges. Perks and Rewards points are unaffected too, so you can continue to save through our Rewards program and by shopping with Catch. And we’ll be debuting new Rewards opportunities soon, so those savings opportunities will get even better as the year continues.
